Resort Real Estate
The Mesma Gold Coast project will create an extraordinary planned resort community development on the southern coast of Ghana. The 250 hectare estate is located beside the seashore with views over the Gulf of Guinea, its own inland lagoon and the proposed Championship golf course.
The Location
The site for this resort lies to the west of the City of Accra and is only some 60 km from the international airport. The property itself is only 10 minutes' drive from the new Highway that links Accra to Winneba. The new Highway between Malam Junction in Accra to Winneba is now complete and fully operational.

It is proposed that the real estate at the Mesma Gold Coast resort will include a mix of studios, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and terraced houses as well as providing low density premier real estate units with prime views over the golf and the sea beyond.
The architecture of the residential units will be influenced by a combination of traditional architectural styles from Ghana as well as leading contemporary international designs.
Holiday Village
The Village will appeal to golfers and families, tourists, special interest groups and weekenders. The Holiday Village is within easy walking distance of the Country Club and the resort hotel and will have its own amenities within the village square such as shops, restaurants, cafes and other public services.
Golf
This innovative resort community is unprecedented in Ghana. The Masterplan for Project Mesma skilfully weaves the resort’s recreational activities into the natural landscape including the carefully crafted golf course which utilises the contours of the land.
Mesma Gold Coast will offer the best golf in Ghana laid out over a beautiful and varied eighteen hole golf course designed to allow the real estate to benefit from views across the golf course and out to sea.
Aside from the Championship golf course there will be a premier golf Academy for teaching golf, a driving range and practice area with floodlights which all form part of the Golf Country Club.
